Hudson clears his throat. “Charlotte, it’s time we toast ourselves and our future.” We tap glasses and take a sip.

I’m too busy eating another strawberry to notice Jaxon standing behind me with a ring box in his outstretched hand. I jump when I see the small velvet box fits perfectly in his hand. I want to open it, but this isn’t our plan.

“I thought we weren’t doing this,” I sigh. I snatch it out of his hand anyway and open it. It’s a beautiful silver band with the word 4ever etched inside. “It’s perfect, thank you.” I wrap my arms around him, giving him a heartfelt hug.

“My turn.” Hudson hands me another ring box.

I pretend to be annoyed, but curiosity makes me open it. Inside is a silver ring with the Greek letter for Gamma fashioned in small diamonds. “Thank you so much.” I slip it onto my finger, proud I’m a Gamma. “It’s perfect.”

Asher holds a box in his hand. “My turn,” he says. “I’m sure you’re going to love it.”

I catch my breath when I see the simple diamond on a gold band. And I think I know who gave it to him.

“It’s Julia’s engagement ring,” he explains. “She’s expecting a wedding. I told her we had to talk. But she’s not clueless.”

Jaxon sings a few bars of “Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend” as Hudson takes me by the waist. We dance a few steps in the aisle as the champagne goes to my head. The setting couldn’t be more romantic, and neither could the men. I didn’t know I wanted all this until I got it.

“This is the plan, Charlotte,” Hudson says. “We’re going to split you like a time-share in Cancun.”

“No, you’re not.” I spin out of Hudson’s arms, into Jaxon’s.

He dances me in a circle. “Or we’ll move to a country where matriarchy rules. I love warm climates.”

“No,” I almost shout. We bump into Asher, who disentangles me from Jaxon.

“I know a guy who can get us any kind of document we need.” Asher winks, with a broad smile on his face.

“Definitely not.” I stop dancing and return to the champagne. I lift my flute up in a toast to myself. “I like my plan best.”

“And what’s that?” asks Hudson.

“I bought a magnetic wall calendar, and each magnet has a name.” I take a sip. “I’m putting each of you on a schedule.”

“No way.” Asher is by my side again. “Besides, we don’t need to make it official. We all know what we want.”

I stare into Asher’s steady gaze, and he kisses me. That kiss rips through me as he pins me to a desk. I moan when his mouth releases mine. His hands grip me as I swoon, and I lean back, my hands gripping his jacket as I take him down with me.

“Are you sure we won’t get caught?” I ask while dirty thoughts dance for my head.

“It’s a shame no one will catch us in the act.” He grins before sending a flurry of butterflies into my tummy with a kiss. He lifts me up again and whispers, “Do you think they’ll watch?”

Jaxon reclines on another desktop while Hudson pours more champagne. “He’s described the look of ecstasy in your eyes many times,” replies Jaxon. “I want to see it for myself.”

“And what did you say?” I whisper in Asher’s ear.

“I told them it’s a look of wonder. The same expression you get when you look at the large oak tree. As if you’re surprised that things that beautiful still exist.”

I pull Asher’s T-shirt over his head, revealing a solid chest I crave. His mouth presses against my lips as he unbuttons my shirt, and soon, his hand caresses my breast through my bra. A slight grin touches his lips as his thumb passes over my stiff nipple. He kisses me deeply as his hand yanks down the bra strap. His urgency makes me feel desirable. The excitement of being touched by him will never fade.

“Been thinking about it.” He smirks as his finger slips underneath a lacy cup.

Smirking, I say nothing. I let my body express what I feel.

Hudson stands beside us as if appraising Asher’s technique. Hudson dips a strawberry into the champagne and presses it against my lips. I take a bite, holding half of it in my teeth. Hudson takes the other half from my mouth, and his full lips linger. My chest rises and falls as Asher’s hands slide down my bare breasts to my skirt. He fumbles with the button, cursing softly.

“Need another hand?” Hudson smirks as he undoes the button, and the zipper slides down before Asher can say yes. Stepping away, Hudson tilts back his head with the flute against his rosy lips and finishes his champagne.

I wiggle my hips, and my skirt falls to the floor. Asher stares at my panties, the only thing I have one, and then lifts his gaze to mine. That ravenous look makes me feel more naked than actually being naked. He pulls open his pants, and his hard cock is trapped between us as we kiss.
