But he grins, his fingers tracing lazy circles around my nipples. “You are easy. You make me feel like I know everything.”

My throat tightens. I wrap my arms around his neck. He allows me to pull him in, his cheek resting on my chest. Who is this man? How did I find him in some backwater bar?

I realize I’ve been the recipient of all the attention. And I want to explore, too. I want to play. I run my finger along his ear. “Hey.”

He looks up. “Yeah?”

“There are some things I’d like to try. Will you be my guinea pig? I might not be very good at it.”

“Absolutely.” He stands up and holds out his arms. “I’m all yours.”

I draw in a deep breath.

I’m going to be brave. It’s time to practice those things that women do to men.

SEBASTIAN

Looking at Mila on my counter, topless, her knees spread, her colorful skirt pushed high, is about to be my undoing.

I want to plunge into her, but she’s new to all this. If she wants to practice on me, I’m going to be patient.

She sits there a moment, contemplating me like she might have to work up her nerve.

Then she glances at the door. Is she thinking about running?

I drop my arms. “No pressure. We can go back to dinner.”

She shakes her head. “No, I was thinking, when is your sister due back?”

Good point.

“She’ll probably make herself scarce, but I see your point.” I bend down to retrieve Mila’s clothes. “We can take this upstairs.”

She nods. I sling her things over my shoulder and wrap my arms around her to lift her down from the counter. For a moment, I consider carrying her upstairs, but again, she taps on my chest to let me know she wants down.

Just like the first night.

“You sure? I’ve always imagined carrying someone up my stairs.”

She tilts her head. “You never have?”

“Nope.”

“Okay, then.”

I laugh, whirling her around in a circle. Then we’re heading up, so fast that she hangs on for dear life, her hair bobbing, along with her soft breasts. I vow not to be distracted, although doing things on the stairs with her has just hit my bucket list.

My bedroom door is open. I turn us to edge inside. I’ve made my bed today, not normal, but I knew she might be here. I hoped, anyway. I had this house built with double master suites, one downstairs, and one up. I wanted both views of the mountains, the foothills and the peaks.

Plus, the entire back wall of this bedroom is glass, and I rarely lower the electronic shades because there is nothing behind it but mountain range, trees, and near the top, a hint of snow.

“Oh,” Mila breathes as she catches sight of it. Dusk is falling, so the colors are brilliant. “It’s breathtaking.”

“The deck up here is amazing.” I use my elbow to press a button near the wall and two glass panels slide open to allow us out on it.

The cool air billows in, making Mila’s nipples pucker, but the warm front that blew through last night means that it’s not uncomfortably cold.
