Once done with his riding, we all take a picture together and I post it to my Instagram page, with a comment of “Congrats to Mateo.”

I couldn’t be prouder of him and Noah for killing it with their first competitions. Now, this makes me even more excited to see what they both do in Santa Cruz, especially Mateo, since he will be riding both dirt and park.

It’s been a few weeks since Nash and Mateo were out here, and I finally got all books signed and sent out. I have started to get packed for the next month. This will be the longest I have been away from home. I am equally excited and nervous to start the book tour, but luckily, I have Heath by my side every step of the way.

May 1st, we head down to Colorado Springs for the first stop. Neha drove us since we will be flying out of here as well to Chicago next. The line was longer than I would have expected it to be for my first book, but it makes me happy to see that people really liked my book enough to want to come meet me and have me sign their books. It takes a few hours to get through the line. Once done, we start getting our stuff together to head toward the airport, but not until I get an unexpected guess.

“Ashlynn Black, were you not going to tell your own mother about your book?”

My heart sinks when I hear my mom’s voice. Why did she come? I don’t know why she is surprised I didn’t tell her about this. It’s not like we have a relationship. I turn and look at her. “I didn’t tell you because we don’t have that type of relationship anymore. I have to go; I have a plane to catch.”

Shaking her head at me, she says, “I see you are still mad at me about that boy. I just thought I would come see you. Your book was okay–could have been better.”

She knows exactly how to push my buttons and cut me where it does hurt, saying my book could have been better. I stand up straight and look her right in the eyes. “Thanks for your feedback, but it’s not necessary because your opinion doesn’t matter. Also, I recently saw that boy and he turned out better than you could even have imagined. Goodbye, mother!”

I smirk as I walk past her and out the door, knowing that pissed her off more than anything.

I am finally in Dallas for my meeting with 360 Energy for the drink collab they want to do. They asked for two drink flavors that I wanted. The first one that comes to mind that sounds good is strawberry watermelon. I am having a bit of a difficult time coming up with a second flavor choice. I had a whole plane ride to think of it and still didn’t come up with anything. The issue was I was more worried about the order of the tricks I intend to do in Santa Cruz. I got a hold of the layout for the park setup, which I do have to rethink my order since the layout is different from most park setups.

After getting off the plane and collecting my luggage, I head toward the rental car area. The line is long, but I don't have anywhere urgent to be right now, and it feels good to stretch my legs. As I am standing in line, I catch a scent of peppermint and vanilla. I start looking around because I know only one person who smells like that. My eyes spot her. Ashlynn is a couple people in front of me in line. I go to call her name but stop as soon as she turns her head and I catch a glimpse of her profile, and it is not Ashlynn. Though, this girl does look like her, not only with the scent of peppermint and vanilla, but hair color and height are the same. I think I am losing my mind. I’ve had only that one dream about her when I was back home in Greenville, but nothing since. I must miss her more than I realize.

My only way I have been able to see her recently is her Instagram account. I was happy when she went to watch Mateo. I even got to hear her voice on the reels, which was like a shot to the heart. I loved it even more because she was wearing my hoodie.

I finally get the rental car and head to my hotel. Once I check in, I jump in the shower and wash my day of traveling off. I don’t know why I booked such a late flight to get into Dallas, but I can’t complain because the bed feels good, and I am soon drifting off to sleep. I soon hear a sweet soft moan, and feel a warm breath on my neck, followed by a very breathy voice that I know all too well, “Yes, Anthony, right there. Don’t stop, it feels so good.”

It’s then that Ashlynn comes into view, riding me and moving her hips back and forth, while I thrust up into her as she moves forward. She is holding my hands above my head, taking full control. I love this view, “Oh fuck, my cock is yours to ride.”

Right after I tell her this, she lets go of my hands. They instantly go to her hips and guide her, as I continue to thrust up. She leans forward and I bite down on her nipple and suck on it as she runs her fingers through my hair. I grab her back and turn us over without breaking apart. I put one arm under her neck and the other is holding onto the back of her knee, as I thrust hard and kiss her at the same time, swallowing her orgasm. Once I pull my mouth away and lean my forehead against hers, her hands are on the back of my neck and she jerks my mouth to hers for a hard kiss, biting my lip and telling me, “I need you to cum Anthony, cum with me.”

I shake my head and just as I feel the sensation in my abdomen and throw my head back for my orgasm, but nothing happens. I look back down at Ashlynn, but she is no longer there.

I end up waking up from my very pleasant dream and look down, my sheet is tented with the hard on I have. I need to get my release. I roll out of bed and head to the shower. Turning on the water, I stand under the stream of water and lean my forehead against the cool tile. I get a little bit of soap on my hand, then grab myself. I start slowly stroking myself and gradually pump myself faster and faster until the creamy sticky liquid squirts on the tile. I catch my breath and clean everything up, but stay in the shower until the water runs cold. I have never had such vivid dreams to the point of actually feeling and hearing her, as if she was in bed with me. I get out of the shower and peek out the door, making sure it really was a dream and Ashlynn isn’t in my bed asleep, which is ridiculous because I know she is not here with me.

It’s early when I wake back up, so I get up and walk around downtown Dallas before the city fully wakes up. I end up finding a local coffee shop and stop in for some breakfast. As I am sitting eating, my phone starts ringing, which is crazy since it is so early. I look at the screen and I am not surprised to see that it’s Chase calling. He is more of an early riser than I am.

“Hey, what’s up? You want to catch some waves already this morning?” I ask him, knowing that probably the main reason he is up so early since he is back home in CA., I am sure he is enjoying getting some surfing time in.

“Yeah, man! Gramps and I went out this morning and caught some good waves. I finally saw that both Noah and Mateo took first place in the competitions. I’ve shut myself off to the world while back here!”

I take a sip of my coffee. “Yeah, did you see what Noah did for that first place?”

I hear Chase whistle. “A triple flair, man; I was impressed! Can you even do one?”

This asshole really just asked me that. “Screw you dude, but no, I can’t land the damn thing. I have been trying since we got back from Ohio!”

Chase just laughs at me. “I mainly wanted to call you and see how things are going. I will get to Santa Cruz the day before the competition gets started.”

“Sounds good, man!” After that, we say our goodbyes and I head back to the hotel to get my rental car and head to the meeting.

Heading out to 360 Energy for my meeting, I am quickly stopped by morning rush hour traffic. It is moving slowly, and I keep glancing at the clock, knowing I am more than likely going to be late for the meeting. I pull out my phone and call Morgan, who is the assistant to Mike, the owner, and let her know I will be late. It is a small company, so I hear her set the phone down to let him know, and when the phone is picked up again, it’s Mike.

“Anthony, I should have probably scheduled you later, after morning rush hour traffic subsided. That’s my fault. Take your time getting here. Thanks for the call.”
