And that’s exactly why Nina had chosen to gothere.

Aiden’s frown deepened. He was thinking about that. Me? I had no doubt Zar was telling it like it was. It was what he needed, how he needed it, where he needed it. And it could be whatweneeded as well, to move forward, to accomplish our final objective, although I had to admit that considering we were three alphas vying for the heart of one woman, I wasn’t sure if it would work. It was touch and go onthisone.

“You okay with it,Aiden?”

I wasn’t only referring to the club and everything it entailed. I wondered if he could handle being in a public space again. Could he stomach Zar in his Dom role? What about seeing Nina with Zar or myself? Hell, we had agreed to share, but the moment of truth was coming. Was Nina ready for this? Was Iready?

“You sure she wants all three of us to go?” Aidenasked.

“Positive,” Zar said. “She was very clearaboutthat.”

Aidan huffed. “Inthatcase…”

“Yeah,” I said. “I’min,too.”

Chapter27

Zar

Half an hour out of Jackson Hole, I turned off the main road and, after stopping at the guard gate and showing my credentials, drove another five miles into the club’s private grounds. The building stood at the end of a long driveway with a facade that evoked a massive timberlodge.

“Wow.” Nina stared as I drove down the driveway. “This looksgrand.”

“Membership has its privileges.” I reached over and caught her hand, which felt cold and clammy between myfingers.

To be honest, my gut was kind of clenched. I’d gone back and forth on this all week. Was Nina really ready for this? Was it too much, too soon? What if she hated it? What if she hated the clubandme? What if shehatedus?

“Nina, sweetheart, don’t be nervous,” Tanner offered from his perch in thebackseat.

“If you don’t like it, we’re out of here,” Aiden promised for theeleventhtime.

I loosened the collar on my black button-down shirt. Jesus fuckingChrist.

“How does it work?” Nina asked. “I mean, how do people manage to keep their…err…activities hereprivate?”

“You want to know how members keep their sexual secrets?” I made an effort to explain, the sort of thing I never did. “The short answer? We don’t. Not in there. Security is tight and illegal activities are prohibited—drugs, prostitution, gambling. Members are carefully selected and fully evaluated. Everything that happens is consensual, and access to the club is by invitation only. At the end of the day, the club is the only safe and sane option around here. It’s in everybody’s best interest to keep itprivate.”

She opened her mouth to ask more questions, but I pulled up under the massive carport and the valet openedthedoor.

“Good evening, Mr. Flint,” he said, as he tookmykeys.

“Good evening, kid.” I slipped him a twenty to keep the truck nearby, in case Nina got spooked, Tanner called it off, or Aiden needed a plan B. I came around, took Nina’s elbow and helped her up the short flight of stairs that led up to theentrance.

The massive front doors opened in perfect tandem, admitting us to the club’s main lobby, an ornate foyer with black and white marble floors and highceilings.

The greeter showed perfect form. “Welcome, Mr. Flint.” He bent at the waist into a deep bow, dressed only in a red bellboy jacket and aMoroccancap.

Nina gawked when she spotted his rigid dick, trapped along with his balls in a shiny pewter ring. I ignored the greeter completely, but the Dom in meapproved.

“Come on.” I led Nina forward to the mahogany check-in desk, followed closely by Tanner and Aiden. His systematic stare roamed the place, scouting the club as if we were back inSyria.

Check-in was easy. My guests had been prescreened and preapproved and the health forms and consent docs had been submitted prior to arrival. The club had the highest, strictest standards. Four velvet masks still wrapped in the intact packages were provided for us. I grabbed the smallest one and slipped it over Nina’s head, adjusting it until it lay comfortably over her eyes and nose. Just seeing her wearing the mask elevated my heart rate. The way her eyes gleamed through the slits made merockhard.

I donned my own mask and checked to make sure Tanner and Aiden were wearing theirs. The masks weren’t a requirement, but most everyone wore them and not necessarily for anonymity. People were more daring when their faces were partially hidden, more likely to shed their inhibitions and surrender to their innermostdesires.

“Will you be needing anything else tonight?” the concierge asked, eager toplease.

“A collar and a leash.” I watched Nina’s reaction from the corner of my eye. “Nothing fancy, basic blackwilldo.”
