He’s right. It is a state of mind. “I can understand why people might make the assumption, but I promise you nothing like that will happen here. I can see the training you have had so I know you are more than capable to look after people when they may need you. Being a new club, we are attracting a lot of attention and fast, so we have a lot of members coming every night.”

I tilt my head making sure to catch his eye. “I will not stand for any of my staff being bullied or harassed. If anyone bothers you, please tell me.”

“Does this mean I've got the job?”

I stand from my chair and hold a hand to him, "It's yours if you want it Mr Lopez.”

After Mr Lopez accepts the job and he’s left my office, I bring up the job advert and remove it from the website.

Locking my office door behind me, I make the rounds in the club, chatting with members and staff making sure everybody is doing ok.

With us being open for a few months we haven't had many problems, I have only had to ban one member when he refused to listen to his submissive when he used his safe word. I reached out to the other clubs in the area to inform them of the man's malpractice, leading him to be blacklisted everywhere.

I check my phone seeing it's 11pm, my night is nearly finished. I have one message in the group chat with my guys, Justin has text to say goodnight but nothing from Jamie. He must have fallen asleep pretty early.

Thinking back to the time we spent together last night, sleeping with them for the first time, Justin having sex with a man for the first time. It was amazing, I knew it would be, but it exceeded any expectations I had. I've had sex with a lot of people, but I have never shared that experience with anyone that I love, it made everything so much better, we were all in sync. Helping each other to bring everyone the max amount of pleasure.

Even though the sex was mind blowing, my favourite part of the night was us declaring our love for one another.

By the time I get home and crawl into bed I only have time to send a quick goodnight message to the group chat before I pass out for the night.

Chapter 19 –

Justin

My trainers slap on the pavement in a steady rhythm, it's late morning so I’ve missed most of the rush hour foot traffic, which makes going for a run a lot easier. By the time I get back home I have sweat pouring down my body, and my lungs are burning. I grab a bottle of water from the fridge and swig half of it while waiting for the shower to heat up.

I’m eating my lunch when my phone vibrates on the table, picking it up I see William's name on the screen. “Hey William, you alright?”

“Have you heard from Jamie this morning?” He rushes out.

“Uh, no? Now that I think about it he didn’t text back in the group chat last night, but I figured he went to bed early. Maybe he’s still asleep?”

“I thought the same thing, but I've been ringing him all morning but it's going straight to voicemail like his phone is turned off.” He sounds worried.

“Where are you?” I ask.

“Nearly at your house, see you in a few.” And then he hangs up the phone.

I’m sure everything's fine but it won't hurt if we head off to Jamie’s place to check in. I only have time to spray myself with some deodorant before I hear William outside, pushing the horn.

I lock the front door behind me and rush down the path to get in the car, I fasten my seatbelt and look at William. His hair is messy and he has a panicked look on his face.

I pull him in for a quick kiss. “Everything will be ok, I’m sure he’s laying in bed fast asleep and we're freaking out for nothing.”

When he pulls back, he searches my face, before nodding his head and then he starts driving.

The journey to Jamie’s doesn’t take long but the energy in the car is making me stressed. Jamie is usually really good at texting us in the morning and he always answers his phone whenever we call.

I pull my phone out of my pocket and press his name. It rings and rings until the voicemail starts to play, I press the call button over and over again until we pull up outside his apartment and still no answer. The elevator ride up to his floor is taking too long.

He’s fine. He’s fine.

William bangs on the front door repeatedly, loud enough that one of the neighbours pokes her head out to check what's going on.

I try the door handle and as soon as I turn it, the door opens. It's unlocked. “I don’t like this,” I say to William.

I walk through the door, both of us calling for Jamie but he doesn’t answer. He’s not in the living room or working at his desk so we rush towards his bedroom.
