Page 97 of His Little Devil
“Silver is experiencing Clairvoyant tendencies. The child she's hearing is ours, but in the future. As for her magic, I'm not sure,” he mumbles something, then leaves me gaping at his back.
I chase after him, and he sighs, looking at me sheepishly, and I can say I never thought I would experience the big bad Devil looking guilty.
“So you finally bred her?” I can't stop my smirk, and he pushes me away with a gust of wind.
“Yes, but I'm not telling her until she figures it out. She's got too much on her mind as is, but I do think we have a solution to her night escapades,” he says, then walks into the castle, heading right for his bride.
Sitting in bed with Donovan on her lap, she's concentrating really hard, muttering something.
The mattress is covered in an assortment of food, and other items, and she seems agitated.
“Little Devil,” Luke speaks, snapping her from her trance. She looks up at us, and there are black swirls in her silver eyes.
What the fuck is that? Blinking they disappear.
Pulling something out from her under her pillow, I recognize Elena's journals.
The only one that would have benefitted her is the ones she's read, so I'm not sure why she has the other one.
Elena never married Luke, she ran off with some peasley warlock and married him, having children and creating the line of Forests.
“I think I'm going crazy,” Silver whispers, and Luke shakes his head.
“No, you're not, and I can prove it. Come,” he says, snapping his fingers. Silver glares at him, and I can see the fire growing within her eyes.
The silver turns to a molten metallic, and her fingers twitch with some sparks escaping her fingertips.
“Did you just snap at me like I'm some dog,” she growls, and Donovan jumps from her lap, hissing at Luke.
“Little Devil, we don't have time for this. I have a meeting tonight with the coven, and you need to come with me beforehand.”
Sighing, Silver closes her eyes, takes a few breaths, then shoves the blankets off her lap not caring that food falls to the ground.
Climbing from the bed, I notice how pale and weak she is. I hope whatever Luke plans to do will help her.
Shuffling over to us, I pull her into my arms for a quick kiss, then gently shove her to Luke.
Now that she's expecting, Luke won't have an issue if I decide to take our relationship to the next level.
Donovan is growling on the bed, and he's about to attack Luke. Moving forward, I swoop him up into my arms and portal us out of there.
Luke may hate me, but it's time that this pussy cat is reunited with his family.
I may need his help to save our girl.

I am about at my wits end. I'm not sure what more to do. Graduation was a horror show, and even my visions were too late to stop the massacre from happening.
Donovan is still missing. Wells is still asleep, and I'm drinking myself into an early grave.
Myah even took Mylie away. I swore I'd protect her, but the Hunters are too close to campus for anyone to be safe.
They returned to the small magical shielded town, Crystal Cove, and she asked me to come with them, but I couldn't leave Wells.
A portal appears in the living room setting off the wards and alarms I've placed all over the cottage.
School is out for the Summer and it's just me and Wells on campus. Even Jade and Clara left.
