Page 90 of Tangled Emotions
“What if I don’t want gentle?” I turned my head to see him.
“Dark chocolate cupcakes bring out the devil in you?”
“Cream cheese icing?”
“Of course.” He purred in my ear.
“Frank?”
“Yes, my love?”
“I wanna play …” I moved my hips, brushing myself against his erection. “Rough.”
He moved a hand from the counter to my hair, brushing it back, and nipped my neck. “After dinner.” His tongue darted out and flicked my earlobe as he groaned. “I’ll give you anything you want.”
Shivers ran through me, and I felt his warm breath around my ear. “Hungry?”
“Starved.”
Taking a step back, he turned me to face him, kissing me softly. “Let’s go eat.”
Edith
He led me outside to a fancy new SUV. “Is this yours?”
“It is.”
“When did you get it?”
“Picked it up today.” He opened my door and helped me in. “Couldn’t put you on the back of a bike, not in that dress.”
“Did you know I was wearing a dress?” I narrowed my eyes.
“Maybe.” He shrugged, giving me a small smile.
Realization flooded my body. “You sent Evie out to get me a dress.”
“Are you asking or accusing?”
I threw my head back in laughter. “Accusing. I knew she was up to something.”
“You caught me.” He leaned in and pressed a kiss to my cheek. “I told her I was taking you out someplace nice and would like to see you in a dress.”
“She ditched out of work to go shop for this.”
“She understood the assignment.” He winked. “You look stunning.”
“Smooth talker.”
“Only to you.” He leaned in and kissing me.
I felt his fingers sliding between my thighs and I parted my legs to give him better access. Electric shocks raged through my body as his fingers grazed against my core, making me moan.
“Frank.”
“Yes?” He whispered against my lips.
“We’re never going to make it to dinner at this rate.”
