“I know, Omega. I love you, too,” he whispers back, kissing the top of my head.
The next morning when we make our way downstairs, the two of us unable to keep our hands off each other, we’re met with a mixture of shock, excitement, and relief.
“I didn’t say go bond! But I’m not complaining,” Ripley snorts, shoving a spoonful of eggs into her mouth and I blush.
I make my way around the kitchen to each of my guys, giving them reassuring touches and kisses and checking with them to make sure none of them are upset. But I should know better by now. They each give me a kiss, touching the fresh bite on my arm, which sends light tingles skittering across my skin, though it’s not like when Ridge touches it.
When I’m seated at the island with a plate in front of me and my friends and family surrounding me, playful teasing and ribbing all around, I can’t help but grin. I’m so unbelievably happy that it’s insane, and it’s all because of a crazy omega saving me. If not for her, I wouldn’t be sitting here with my pack. My family.
Almost like she can hear my thoughts, Ripley glances over me and shoots me a wink before going back to picking on her brother and I open my mouth easily when Jeremiah lifts a forkful of food up to me with a raised brow because I’ve taken too long to get started.
Bossy alpha.

Micah: I’ll be home in about 30 minutes. Get dressed. Tonight, it’s just you and me, Firefly.
Micah: Tell Ridge to suck it up.
Butterflies take flight in my belly when I get his text, and my heart flips as I smile down at the screen, replying with a simpleokay.
I untangle myself from Ridge, laughing when he pouts and groans, reaching for me. We’ve been nearly inseparable since bonding several days ago because, as it turns out, Ridge is rather stingy. But I miss my other alphas and I know they miss me. Not that they haven’t seen me, just Ridge hasn’t been very accommodating when it comes to anyone else holding me. He’s kept me almost permanently stuck in his arms. Not that I’m complaining, though the others definitely have.
“Time to share, you feral beast! Micah’s taking me on a date, and I have to get ready,” I huff, swatting his hands away when he gets up and makes grabby hands for me.
He’s like a completely different man now that we’re bonded. It’s not that he hadn’t been affectionate with me before bonding, but it’s like now that we are, I’m finally seeing the real him. He’s silly and unbelievably sweet, and if I didn’t know any better, I’d say he can be just as ridiculous as Zeke when he wants to be.
“I’m not ready to share,” he groans, finally catching me around the waist and spinning me around in a circle until I giggle. “But, if I must.”
When he puts me back on my feet, he sighs and rests his forehead against mine as he playfully scowls and rolls his eyes. I reach up on my tiptoes, pressing my lips to his for a short, sweet kiss, feeling his lips twitch up into a smile before I pull away. He runs his finger along the crescent-shaped mark in the crook of my arm, sending a bolt of tingles racing down my fingers and straight between my legs, making me scowl at him. To get him back, I sneakily trail my fingers up his chest until I reach the spot I marked him, then do the same to him. He groans, backing away with his hands up in surrender before adjusting himself in his sweatpants, which has my cheeks flushing.
“What’s good for the goose is good for the gander, Alpha,” I tease with a wink, then I skip off to my room to change, blowing him a kiss.
“I’ll just take care of this myself, then!” he hollers at my back, making me grin.
“And Micah will take care of what you did to me!” I holler back with a laugh as he curses up a storm for what he did.
Once I’m dressed in a pretty white sundress that has a yellow ribbon, and have a bow tied around and my hair to tame it as much as it can be, I Ieave my room and head downstairs. I find everyone out by the pool, Jeremiah and Zeke wrestling in the water while Manny and Ridge stand by the grill with beers in their hands. The smell of steaks and chicken charing fills the air and my stomach growls as I realize it’s nearly dinner time.
“Och! Ye fuckin’ beast! Nearly drowned me that time,” Zeke gasps as he comes back up for air after Jeremiah shoves him under the water.
Jeremiah chuckles, his face lighting up as he pushes his fingers through his hair to get it out of his face.
“If I wanted to drown you, you would be drowned,” he chuckles, swimming to the edge.
My mouth goes dry as he climbs out of the pool, water droplets gliding down his color skin that glistens in the sunlight. A dreamy sigh escapes me, catching all of their attention, and Jeremiah grins naughtily at me as his blue eyes become hooded and he prowls towards me. I hold my hands up and take a step back.
“Oh no you don’t! I have a date! Don’t you dare get me wet, Jeremiah,” I shout, darting around him when he goes to wrap his arms around me.
“Mm. Smells to me like you already are, Dove,” he chuckles, falling into one of the lounge chairs by the pool and putting his hands behind his head with a grin aimed my way.
Manny, Zeke, and Ridge all laugh, and I huff as a blush stains my cheeks.
“Cheeky alphas, the lot of you,” I mutter, dusting imaginary dirt off the skirt of my dress as I glare at them all.
Zeke is still in the pool, his arms resting on the edge and his chin resting on his hands as he grins up at me from the water, making it impossible to be mad at him when he looks so adorable and…lickable.Ridge has taken over at the grill, and he throws a wink my way when he notices me looking at him, love and admiration echoing down the bond, which makes me groan and stomp my foot as I point at him.
