It was time to tell Kane what was up.

‘The thing is, I’m super-grateful to be staying with Katie and Cage,’ Cassie explained. ‘But I know they need their space as Daddy and Little. Plus it’s where Katie works. I would never want to jeopardize our relationship by outstaying my welcome.’

‘What about that other kid, Sydney?’

‘No, her place is too small. Like, seriously tiny,’ Cassie said, suddenly feeling a little bit overwhelmed.

She didn’t have many options.

The last thing she wanted was to have to pack her things and head back to her family’s ranch. It was nice to visit on holidays, but Cassie was a New York City Little now.

City living was her life.

Cassie didn’t want to give it up.

Cassie looked up and saw Kane staring back at her.

Kane had a pensive look. Like he was considering something.

But what?

‘Kid, I might just have a solution,’ Kane said, arching his eyebrow and rubbing his hand over the rough stubble around his strong jawline. ‘Want to hear it?’

Cassie did want to hear it.

She felt a surge of excitement rapidly building inside her.

But she could never have predicted Kane’s idea.

Kane

Kane had a plan.

It wasn’t one he had given too much thought to. Maybe if he had, he would have back out and not gone through with it.

As he stood there in front of Cassie, he suddenly had cold feet.

Could he go through with it?

In that moment, he wasn’t sure.

But Kane very much knew what he wanted to do to Cassie. Ever since seeing Cassie for the first time, Kane had been unable to get his mind off her.

Cassie’s slender yet curvy body.

Her delicate yet sensual features.

It was close to being too much for Kane to deal with.

What Kane really wanted to do was pick Cassie up and toss her over his shoulder. Preferably nude.
