He came behind me, his hand on my shoulder for a split second. But there are people around and he snatched it away just as fast. Then he was sitting in front of me. Innocently, as a professor might be having coffee with his student. He set his cup down and my eyes followed those slender fingers of his that know me so well. I swallowed, and then met his eyes. Dark with a smolder as he looked at me.

He looked so crisp and clean, as always. He had a tailored jacket over a smooth, cream white dress shirt, slightly unbuttoned at the top. I didn’t know if he was wearing jeans or dress pants, but I was sure he would look great in both.

“I’m not.” I finally spoke. He slightly frowned as his eyes glinted around. I knew he wanted to be closer to me then, even as he leaned forward he stopped himself.

His jaw ticked as he thought. I blinked back at him, unsure of what to say. Anyone in here could cut the sexual tension with a knife, and it may not even do anything to it. I felt the same way around Jake. But somehow each feeling was different, in its own way. Around Logan I wanted to hold him. Around Jake I wanted him to…rough me around. I sighed.

“Long day?” Logan asked, he grinned slightly. His frown gone. Surely no one would think anything just because we were sitting here together.

“Sort of. I…had a tiring night.” His eyes gleamed and he smiled, making sure it didn’t look like an ‘I want to fuck you’ smile.

“I can imagine.?

?? His eyes roamed over my chest, even though it was hidden by the cotton of my shirt he still rolled his jaw, as he does when he is aroused. They both have different tells.

Logan would crack his neck ever so slightly and roll his tongue over the inside of his cheek. It was hot. They were both hot. God, it’s hot in here.

“How is your day going? You taught today?” I asked nervously. It seemed like such an odd conversation to behaving with a man who was eating out of my sex the night before.

“I did. I just finished my office hours. Are you enjoying your final days of class?”

I nodded softly.

“Yes, I am. I’m eager for it to be over though, so I can focus on the internship.”

“You have a great work ethic, I always thought so.”

I smiled at his compliment. It meant a lot coming from him as both a businessman and an awfully pretty man.

“Thank you.”

He sipped his coffee and I took the second to quench my own thirst with the creamy, sugary liquid I concocted.

“But speaking of your internship.” He stood up, leaning forward for only a slight moment. But it was enough for me to inhale his sharp citrus and woodsy scent and get a little lightheaded.

“We want you in the office today at five.”

That sentence could be interpreted in so many ways. I went over all of them as he walked away. But I landed right on the word ‘want.’ He didn’t mean it in a business way at all. I would be seeing both of them, again.

I had nearly two hours before hand so I went home and changed into something racier. I would usually be in the library studying, but I thought I could spare a day. Telling myself this wasn’t going to change anything, and it didn’t mean I was slacking off. We all need one day, right?

“You’re in a hurry!” Sarai was in the living room when I came crashing in.

“Um…” I knew I had to take a shower too, so I didn’t have much time to talk. But she followed me into the bathroom anyway and screamed over the shower.

“What’s going on with you?” She asked me. I shampooed my hair quickly, luckily it dries quickly.

“You wouldn’t believe me if I told you.” I smiled to myself.

“Try me, bitch. I haven’t seen you since you got that job. What are your bosses like?”

I rinsed off and started shaving my legs. I took a deep breath, and here goes it all.

“They’re aggressively hot, and sexy. And I had sex with them both last night.”

There was silence. And then the cold room slammed into me as she yanked the shower curtain back and glared at me. We didn’t have strict boundaries, obviously. But the way I was standing trying to shave my right leg left me wide open and I scrambled to cover up.

“No. Way.” Her lips hinted at a smile.
