“So what are we doing tonight?” Tierra asks as we’re eating.

“Drinking game?” I laugh, looking at Michael taking a bite of halibut.

“What kind?” I’m curious.

“Strip poker.” Michael grins. Quinton looks at him with an ‘I don’t think so’ look. I laugh.

“I’ve never played regular poker. Somehow, I think I would be the first naked.”

Quinton laughs. “Which is exactly why we’re not playing it!” I look at him. “If you want to strip, you can strip tease me in my cabin.”

Andy laughs. “Bro doesn’t want us seeing his prizes.” I laugh, looking at him.

“Damn right.” Quinton winks taking another bite. “Another suggestion?”

“Kings, spoons, electricity,” Andy says. I’ve never played any of those.

“Fine, cocktails and cards tonight.” Quinton shrugs as he finishes his dinner. “I wonder what Chef prepared for dessert.”

“I was just going to ask.” I grin. “I do have a sweet tooth.”

“Your body doesn’t show it.” His eyes dance with desire, looking at me. I roll my eyes as I watch the steward clear the table. Since he got hung up in my panties, he’s very quick about making himself invisible.

“Ah, Chef prepared one of my favorites.” Quinton says. My mouth starts to water as the dessert arrives. “It’s limoncello dolce.”

“Oh … yum!” The presentation is restaurant quality.

“Do you like lemon?”

“Yes, I love just about any lemon dessert.” He’s watching me as I savor the tart, creamy lemon taste. “Oh, it’s delightful.”

“Told you.” He hums in appreciation, relishing his dessert.

“Amelia you’re so lucky.” I look up at Tina. “You get to eat this kind of food every day.” I laugh, looking at Quinton.

“I’m sure he has time off, a family,” I say, looking up. They’re shaking their heads. I look at Quinton, he shakes his head. “He lives at your penthouse?”

“He lives in the building. I typically only drink my power protein shake in the mornings. During the week I’m at work, so he doesn’t prepare lunch. He prepares dinner weekdays. Weekends, lunch, and dinner. The rest of the time, he does his own catering and things.” He’s so laid back talking about it.

“So I guess I can dabble in your kitchen in the mornings,” I tease as I watch the steward clean the table.

“Yes, I guess so.” He leans over and kisses me. “He will do all the grocery shopping. He keeps a very well stocked kitchen and is very peculiar about how things are kept. So just keep his kitchen the way he has it, and you two will get along just fine.” He laughs as I salute him. “It’s very functional, I think you two will be just fine sharing the space.”

“Okay enough it’s a wonderful life chit chat.” Tierra stands up walking to the L-shaped sofa lounge. “Let’s get the game, kings, set up.”

“Instead of beer, we will play with an oversized shot.” Andy comments, walking over to Toni.

I take my seat on the end cushion next to Quinton. “So, you ever played before?” I shake my head no. “Each card in the deck is given a rule. You will learn it as we go. Clothes stay on.” He reminds, looking down my body. I nod as Tierra picks sexy sounding music.

“Okay, everyone, sit boy girl.” Gerry grins and sits next to me. I like him and am glad he’s beside me. I watch Tierra setup the sofa table. She takes the oversized shot glass from Andy and puts it in the center. Next, she spreads the entire deck face down around the glass.

“Quinton you start first. Amelia, you draw next and so on. We flip it over and follow the rule for the card you draw. The person to draw last card takes the shot.” Tierra is grinning. “Oh Toni, bring our drinks,” she yells. I look at him as he starts preparing them. “Trust me you don’t want to mix beer with our liquor drinks. Shots will work just as well.”

We all draw, and Quinton gets a five. “Bottoms up fellas.” He leans his head back and tosses his shot. Toni starts another round of shots.

I got an eight. “Pick a mate to drink with,” Tierra tells me.

“You.” I point at her. She grins as we take a sip of our cosmos. Gerry has a five, so all the fellas drink a shot.
