Page 59 of Kissing My Crush
“I hated walking away from you the other morning,” I had to force myself to take every step. “And you should know that no matter if you want me to or not, I will never do that again.”
“Good,” Amara takes a deep breath. “Because watching you leave was excruciating.”
CHAPTERTHIRTY-FOUR
Amara
“How’s the elbow?” I ask Tyler and I step into the bedroom.
“It’s fine,” he wouldn’t complain even if it does hurt.
Closing the door behind us, I walk over to the bed and pull down the covers.
“You’re sleeping in here too, right?”
“Do you want me to?” He steps in behind me and wraps his arm around my waist with his palm over my stomach. Leaning in he presses his lips to the side of my neck, giving me the sweetest kiss.
“You’re either sleeping in here with me, or I’m sleeping out there with you.”
I smile at his words.
“I’m sure that Lauren and Leah would have a lot to say about that.” I feel his chest vibrate against my back and know he’s chucking.
“So here it is,” I turn around to face him and he still holds me close. Our eyes lock, and my heart races. The fear and the worry, slowly starting to fade. I’ll admit I was terrified that he’d decided that he and I were moving too fast and that he’d be a part of the baby's life, but he and I would come to an end. It had been laying on my mind heavily, making me nauseous. The last couple of days being here with Claire and the girls has been nice, but there was still something missing. A void I couldn’t fill.
“Maybe I shouldn’t confess this because it's going to make me feel like a crazy basket case, but now that you are right here in front of me, I don’t feel empty anymore.”
Tears fill my eyes and instantly Tyler is cupping my face and kissing me. His mouth moving with mine, his tongue teasing the seam of my lips.
“Me too,” he confesses, “so we’ll be our own set of crazy.
Suddenly he is lowering me to the bed, the mattress dipping from the weight of our bodies. He’s careful not to place his weight on me and I place my hands on his shoulder, pulling him tighter to me.
“I don’t want to crush you,” Ty mumbles against my lips and I hook my legs around his waist.
“You never thought about it before.”
“It's different now,” gliding his palm over my cheek as he looks at me. “I have to be careful.”
Oh my hell, no! “I am not made of glass. Until I’m as big as a house with my stomach taking up fifty percent of my body, you will not act like you have to be so delicate with every move. Don’t do that to me,”please don’t do that.
That is one thing I’ve loved when I’m with Tyler. He is not shy about what he wants or giving me what I need. He is strong without being forceful and there is no way I can take him acting like I’m this delicate flower.
He arches his neck and I move toward him, kissing and dragging the tip of my tongue over the center of his throat. He moans this deep throaty growl and I know that I have him.
He wastes no time moving back to remove his shirt and sweats, along with his boxers. Bending forward putting the weight of his body on one arm, Tyler kisses me again. “You drive me crazy,” I wouldn’t be surprised if he is referring to both physically and mentally, because I am a handful no doubt.
I work my shorts down my body as he moves to the side giving me room, then he pulls at my shirt, and it goes flying off the bed when he tosses it. With quick movements he is again repositioned between my legs and in one quick movement buried inside of me.
Together we moan, and his hips start to move.
“You have to be quiet,” he whispers near my ear. “Remember we aren’t here alone.”
It's the first time since we entered the bedroom that I remember my sisters and Claire are just outside the door.
When that registers I bite my lip and he really starts to move. My back arches off the bed and he leans in to surround my nipple with his lips, sucking softly and then nibbling. Chills cover my torso, and I feel myself getting wetter from the sensation.
“Damn,” he growls, picking up speed, his hips thrusting harder and faster. “You feel so good.”
