"Plus," BJ adds perfunctorily, "it’s Pisa when talking about the one in Italy. This tower we’re building is Pizza. Get your pronunciation right, Waxley."
"Then, why aren’t we building it out of pizza?" Waxley scratches his forehead.
I rub my belly. "Because I already ate all of the pizza in the cuddle room." That’s when my brain tells me that I’m wrong. "Wait—I think there are still a few slices left."
BJ’s eyes bulge. "We can pretend that the blocks are pizza slices. No need to get messy." He curses to himself. "God, you can’t build a tower out of actual pizza. These boys know nothing about construction."
"Wait here." Leaping up, I rush to the cuddle room. I spot the half-eaten pizza that Greyson and I didn’t finish, then take it off the counter.
Before I leave, I look around one more time. Tears well in my eyes when I see the very same spots where Greyson and I cuddled for an entire night and day. This place is really magical. Time stopped for us. The clock that governs the rest of the world froze in the same position, and when we left, it somehow fast-forwarded to an entirely new day.
Closing my eyes, I picture Greyson wrapping his arms around me, telling me that he accepts me the way that I am, and even taking my cock in his hands. He brings me to an orgasm, licks up my cum, and informs me that it tastes like rainbows. He and I shared a truly special moment in this room, yes we did. Nothing I’ve ever experienced in the real world compares to it. We finally put aside our differences and took the final step in our relationship. The step that leads to the rest of our lives.
I bring my right hand to my lips, touching them to make sure they’re still the same lips I’ve always had and that they haven’t changed to rubber. Greyson kissed me in this room for the first time. The rest of the Hug Club has stayed more or less the same. Greyson and I have profoundly changed.
I bounce back to BJ and Waxley. "Got it."
BJ fires me the fiercest glare in his ammo box. "We’re not making this tower out of actual pizza."
"You’re the one who calls it the Leaning Tower of Pizza," Waxley reminds him.
"That’s because I know how to use my imagination, Waxley," BJ grits out.
"I have an idea." I set the half-eaten pizza on the ground. "Why don't we build the tower and place one slice of pizza on top? That way, the foundation will be made of blocks, but the bell tower will be edible."
Waxley scratches his temple. "Bell tower?"
"The one in Italy is a bell tower with, you know, bells," I explain. I learned this in fifth grade.
"I thought it was a pizza restaurant, to be honest," Waxley says.
"Yeah," BJ says, agreeing with Waxley. "I’ve never heard anything about a bell tower."
We quit arguing and get to work. When your work is all play, you never work a day in your life, but with these two, I do feel like I’m laboring. They keep trying to steal bites of the old pizza that I’m saving to put on top.
At last, we finish. "Ta da," BJ singsongs.
Greyson emerges from the kitchen. He spots us, then smiles as he sits down by my side. He rubs my head. "This looks wonderful."
Greyson smells of pancake batter and hot cocoa. I peek behind him to see whether he brought our food, but I determine that it’s not ready yet. However, it smells like it’s cooking.
"Look, Daddy." I pick up the last slice of pizza that BJ and Waxley didn’t steal and set it on top of the tower. "We made the Leaning Tower of Pizza."
BJ moves in like a shark to bite the pizza. The entire block tower comes crashing down.
"Ah, crap. Well, at least we tried."
Waxley fumbles around in the blocks, then grabs the pizza. "I win."
BJ pouts. "This isn’t a competition."
Waxley is too busy munching to care. "That’s what losers say."
My focus turns to Greyson. I place my hand on his, ready to grow closer to him during snuggle movie night tonight. His eyes drop to mine, and then he takes Constable Charlie in his hands and slides him on my lap, but not before rubbing my thigh. "Are you ready to watch the movie, boy?"
I nod. "And eat our pancakes."
I’m feeling squirmy inside. Maybe it’s because Greyson put his hands on me before I played with my friends and I want him to finish what he started. Maybe it’s because I’m hard staring into his eyes. Or maybe, just maybe, it’s because I know that I’m with the perfect Daddy for me. The man I want to be with for the rest of my life.
