He’s still coming!
The realization sets off another orgasm for me, and his chuckle fills the room as he feels it roll over his deeply buried cock.
“You’ll always be mine.”
CHAPTERTHIRTY-FOUR
Charlie
Last night was the best sex in my so far short sex life, frantic and emotional. I may not have much experience, but I know not many people get to achieve that kind of high too many times in their lives.
Which is why waking up alone, with only my sore, used pussy and cum-dried thighs as evidence, hurt even more.
So here I sit, feeling sad and used in the passenger seat of Officer Fuckface’s car outside of my college without panties on because apparently today didn’t start off bad enough, while Officer Cooper gets yelled at by his boss, Cromwell’s local sheriff, so loudly that I can hear his words from here. Who apparently is not happy about his subordinate going behind his back while he was out of town.
“You lied about having evidence of them being there! You told Judge Gregson she was a willing witness who had been kidnapped!”
“Sir!”
“Don’t you sir me. Get your ass back here. The only one who’s kidnapped that girl is you!”
I curl my lips inward, trying not to smirk.
“We have a video of a masked man entering the front bedroom, evidence that the Cromwells gave us from a security camera at the front of the camp. One masked man, so your theory of all three brothers doing it doesn’t even work!”
I fidget in my seat.
“Say, yes sir and get back here. Clean out your desk.”
“Yes, sir.” His tone is sad and dejected. It pulls at my heart but only a little.
“Oh, and Cooper, I suggest you tell Miss Ramsey about the temporary restraining order you filed. Perhaps it’s best she stays away from Cromwell Town until the family can sort that out and get it dismissed.”
“What?” I demand.
Cooper scratches at his red ear, throwing his cell phone onto the dash. “I might have also called the local police here. If any of the Cromwells show up, they’ll be arrested.”
I stare at him open-mouthed; he can’t be serious.
“They did it. We both know it,” he snaps.
I don’t speak, just stare at him through tear-filled eyes.
Together, we climb out of his squad car.
“I don’t care what they say. Do yourself a favor, Charlie, and stay away from Cromwell Town and the family that runs it for good. I’ll be watching them closely,” he tells me. “Don’t fool yourself. He’s not capable of love. None of them are. He’s not coming back for you.”
When I only continue to glare, Cooper adds, “Not that he could, even if he wanted to.”
I blink at him, not sure how to respond, as the wind wraps around me and makes me shiver.
“If I see you again, I’ll go after the whole family, not just him. I’ll start with Michael.” His parting words ring over in my head as I walk toward my dorm. My heart breaks with each step I take. I love Daniel and would never risk his freedom, but Michael means the world to him, and I would risk his family even less.

Walking into the dorm without Amy and Laura is awful. My heart squeezes at the sight of the stuffed orange cat perched on Laura’s pillows, waiting for her to come home and cuddle it. My stomach has knots, knowing she isn’t coming home. None of them are.
I drop my bag at the foot of my bed and slump onto the edge of the mattress. The soreness between my legs as I sit is a reminder of last night. Of what I did with Daniel, what I have continuously done with him since Friday night.
