Ally seemed more quiet than normal, as though trying to think about her response. She didn’t think her friend would judge her, but adult women wanting to wear pull-ups wasn’t exactly the most common thing.
“If I tell you something, do you promise not to judge me or stop being my friend?” Ally asked after a long silence.
“Of course. You know I wouldn’t judge you for anything, and you’ll always be my friend. You are stuck with me.”
“Luke is my Daddy, and he puts me in diapers,” she admitted, blushing profusely.
Haylee felt her breathing stop as she digested the information. Ally wore diapers? Was it something she liked, or did Luke force it on her? Was it humiliating? She had so many questions.
“Are you going to say something, or are you going to stare at me like I’m an alien?” Ally asked nervously.
“Sorry. I’m sorry. I’m just soaking it in. Do you like wearing them? Does he force you? Is it weird? Wait, do you use them?”
Ally laughed. “Wow, okay. One question at a time. Yes, I like wearing them. A lot, actually. He does force me to wear them, however, that is something I agreed to when we decided on the dynamic. I like that he forces me. It was weird at first, but not anymore, and yes, I do use them.”
Huh.
“How often do you wear them?”
“Almost all the time,” she answered as she twirled her hair around her finger.
“Soooo… you don’t think it would be weird if I decided I wanted to wear a pull-up?”
Ally laughed. “No, silly. It wouldn’t be weird at all. Actually, I really like these… I need to ask Daddy… I mean Luke to get me some like this. The ones I have are white with bunnies on them.”
Daddy. Why did hearing her call him Daddy affect her so much? It came out of her mouth so naturally and with such love. Haylee had fantasized about calling someone Daddy after reading books about it, but knowing that Ally had that in real life and that Kane was also a Daddy Dom made her wonder what a relationship would be like.
“I think Kane really likes you. He seems protective of you, and when I saw him with you the other day, it was like he naturally wanted to take care of you. It was really sweet. Maybe you should give it a chance. If I hadn’t given it a chance, I would have missed out on the most amazing thing in the world.”
Yeah, but Kane hadn’t offered to be anything to her, and she couldn’t just come out and ask him to be her Daddy. Right? That would sound desperate, and like he would really want to deal with a headcase like her. She was still recovering from Tim, and he was still on the loose. Kane didn’t need or want that kind of drama.
“Are you wearing a diaper right now?” Haylee asked curiously.
Ally nodded. “I’m wearing a pull-up. Wanna see?”
She nodded her head before she could think it over. She did want to see it. Maybe it would make her feel less weird about the thought of wearing one herself, even though she didn’t think she would actually wear one any time soon.
Ally lay down on the bed and pulled the front of her dress up, showing off her white pull-up with bunnies printed all over it. Haylee stood next to the bed, staring at it in wonder.
“It’s so cute!” she said excitedly.
A deep sound of a throat clearing made Haylee startle, and Ally squealed as she pulled down her dress as fast as she could. Haylee whirled around to find Luke and Kane standing in the doorway with amused expressions.
“What are you two Little girls doing?” Luke asked.
“Oh… uh… nothing much. We were just coloring,” Ally answered, her voice unusually high.
Luke crossed his arms over his chest. “Really? Because it looked to me like you were showing off your pull-up to Miss Haylee.”
Haylee’s cheeks burned as her eyes met Kane’s. His dark eyes studied her, causing a shiver to run down her spine.
“I was showing her the cute bunnies, Daddy,” Ally answered, sounding very childlike.
“Oh, you were, huh? And Little Miss Haylee, what did you think about the bunnies?” Luke asked.
Uh-oh. Shoot.
Lowering her eyes to the carpet, she was sure her cheeks must have been bright red, “I thought they were really cute.”
