Val
There were all kinds of emotions welling up in Val and she struggled to keep them contained. Her normally reserved manner was shattered by these two men. Two rough and tumble bikers, with sharp mouths and wicked eyes, and a touch that Val needed more than her next breath.
She wanted more. More sex, more time with them, more everything. Val realized what her heart was telling her. She was falling in love with them. All the possessive, heady feelings were swelling up inside her, making her feel so alive.
But maybe this was all they’d have? Xander and Jesse were used to having sex with different women and moving on. Just casual fun.
This felt like anything but.
Should she bravely speak her mind? Or just wake up tomorrow and act like what they’d shared meant nothing to her? Could she do that? Val hated games of any kind, and she was always forthright when she finally spoke her mind. And she didn’t want to hide or lie about how she felt. But it was a big gamble. A huge risk. Chances are, both men would run for the hills. Or, kick her out of the compound.
Or, maybe not.
She glanced over at Xander and Jesse, asleep beside her, snoring away.
Val had to figure out what to do.
Tell them. If they don’t want you, that’s that. You’ll get over it. Better to be honest and reach for what you want than let something incredible slip away.
Val woke up a few hours later, her lovers still asleep.
Or so she thought. She made to get out of bed but a strong arm held her in place.
“Nope, you stay right here,” Jesse whispered.
She chuckled and kissed him gently. “I need to use the washroom. I’ll be right back.”
Finally, Jesse let her go and once she’d finished in the bathroom, she slid back under the covers again, in the middle of the bed, sandwiched between Xan and Jesse.
Perfect.
Until someone’s phone started buzzing. Two of them. She reached across to the nightstand and handed the phones to Jesse. Xander was still asleep.
“We gotta get going. Club meeting in ten minutes,” Jesse mumbled and reached over to slap Xander’s ass. “Get up, hot stuff.”
“What?” Xander grumbled, pushing his black hair away from his eyes. “Already? Don’t we have time for a morning quickie?”
Val leaned over and kissed Xander, sliding her tongue deep into his mouth. He rolled to his back, taking her with him.
“This is what I’m talking about,” he whispered against her lips and gripped her asscheeks. “But something’s missing.”
Xander turned his head and Jesse leaned over to take his lips. Val loved watching the two of them. They were so uninhibited, and sexy together.
Their phones buzzed again and all three of them reluctantly let go of each other.
“When all this shit with the Krypt is done, and your stalker, we’re gonna lock ourselves in this room for a week. No interruptions.”
“Hell, yes,” Jesse agreed with a smile.
To Val’s ears, that sounded promising. Still, there was a time and a place for that discussion, and now wasn’t it.
“I’m going to go fix breakfast.”
She slid out of bed, grabbed one of Jesse’s t-shirts and padded out to the kitchen.
After making coffee, she quickly scrambled eggs and by the time everything was ready, Xander and Jesse strutted out of the bedroom, dressed in their jeans, t-shirts, and cuts. They walked around the island and reached for her, but she shook her head.
“Eat, then get moving. You don’t want to be late.”
