I’m trying to stay away from him.

Because being around him is just causing issues. He shouldn’t be jealous of me flirting with a bartender when he has a fiancé.

He shouldn’t be this friendly with a girl who meant everything to him as he claims I did.

Eventually Max and Martin come to our spot. They brought some food with them, thank God because I haven’t eaten anything this morning.

When Martin goes in the water, I decide to join him. We swim through the waves and then just relax in the water.

He told me more about how Max and him met and what he thought of Max. He mentioned how he wants to marry Max in the near future which I think is amazing.

I keep saying how perfect Martin is for Max because I genuinely believe he is. I can tell how much Martin loves and cares for Max.

We get out of the water eventually and go back to the blankets.

Max and Martin are leaving early because they have a date planned. So we all just decide to head back to the hotel.

“I’ll see you around, Kayden,” I say as I pack all my stuff up.

“Are you going to the bachelorette in a few days?” Kayden asks.

I nod my head. “Yea, Natalia said she wants me to go with her since she doesn’t feel comfortable alone with Nicole and her friends.”

Kayden nods his head. “Okay. Well I’ll see you.”

We hug before he leaves and walks off the beach.

I sit down on my blanket, trying to clear my head.

It feels like there is just so much going on in my head that I have no clue what to do anymore.

Everything gets so loud to the point where my head feels like it’s just going to explode.

I sometimes wish everything would just take a pause or stop.

All my mind can think about is Hayden.

“Good night, hubs. Have fun.” Nicole says before pecking Hayden’s cheek with a fake smile on her face.

Hayden looks annoyed and like he wants to wipe the kiss away. He looks away from Nicole and at me instead.

Tonight we are going to Nicole’s Bachelorette party. She told me to dress nice and meet in the hotel lobby. The boys are going to Hayden’s bachelor party and I’m curious what they will be doing.

Tonight I decided to wear a dark blue dress with black lace that is sewn in the breast area. I put on my regular everyday makeup because I think that’s the only kind of makeup that I look good in. For my hair, Natalia curled it so that my hair would be in waves.

Natalia and I got ready together, as we always do. I love how we always get ready together. It’s like a routine with her. We are going to have a sleepover in my room when we get back from the party.

I make eye contact with Hayden one last time before I follow Nicole as she exits the lobby with her friends.

For the past few days, I have been busy catching up with work, too scared to leave my hotel room and potentially face Hayden.

I haven’t seen Hayden since the night I got drunk. I’m too scared to face him, especially when he keeps giving me those intense eyes like I should know something.
