“You are the most beautiful man I have ever seen, and I am in awe of you.” She whispered.
Looking over and into her eyes, I said, “I’m going to head out. Need to take care of whatever the reason they’ve been blowing up my phone. But the ball is in your court. I’m already yours. Need you to really think about this and tell me if you want to be mine.”
She nodded.
“I mean it, Lena. I’ve never given someone all of me. Never fucking wanted all of someone else. But I do you. I’m going to take. I’m going to demand. I’m going to be overprotective, almost to the point of being domineering. Think you can handle all of that?”
She grinned and fuck me, never had she looked more beautiful than she does right in this moment, even more so when she whispered, “Does that mean, I finally have you? Storm, I’ll take...”
I cut her off, “You never call me by that name when it’s the two of us, because here when it’s just the two of us, I’m Vance. Got me?”
She nodded, then smiled, “Vance, I’ll take anything you give me. I just want you. Not the President. Not the father. Not the man that can come on silent and then blow up like a raging storm. Just you Vance. Just fucking you.”
I nodded at her words. Because I felt the same way about her.
Not wanting to leave her but wanting to keep my promise, I got up, and then said, “Walk me out?”
Once we made it to her front door, I looked down at her and said, “Lock up behind me, alright?”
She nodded.
I said, “Call me after you’ve thought about it, okay?”
Again, she nodded.

I made it to the clubhouse in twenty minutes and then walked right into a shit show.
How fucking hard was it to tell these bitches to stop their goddamned shit?
Apparently one of the new girls didn’t appreciate one of the older girls putting her in her place.
Once I sorted that shit, I spun and looked at Red, “What’s the goddamned point of you being my V-fucking-P if you couldn’t have handled this shit?” I roared.
Red narrowed his eyes, “Storm, calm down a minute brother, and let me explain.”
Before another word could be said, my phone started ringing.
I growled then grabbed it and started to throw it at the wall until I saw Lena’s smiling face reflected at me.
Instantly, as if she had a magical way about her to calm the storm, I all but calmed down to a decimal level.
Chapter 11
Lena
I couldn’t have ever imagined that this amazing man would have ever gone through something like that and be the amazing man that I know and have fallen for. One thing I knew for sure was there was no way in hell I was changing my mind about him.
Therefore, I didn’t have to think about anything. I wanted this man. I wanted every part of this man.
Therefore, once I was sure he was at the clubhouse, I picked up my phone and called him.
He answered on the second ring, “Is everything okay?”
I smiled. “Yes. Everything is fine. It’s so fine that I know I don’t have to think about things. If you’re mine, then I’m yours.”
He was silent for a beat.
