“I just want to wait a couple more weeks before we tell them. This is all so new and happening so fast. I don't want people to think we’re only together because of the baby. I just need a little more time. As for if it's a girl, you will love her no matter what. You will play dress-up with her and threaten the life of every boyfriend she has. But let's not borrow trouble until we find out for sure.” I pat his chest before turning and walking over to the girls sitting at the bar. Gray pulls me back first and slowly rubs his hands over my belly. I suck in a breath.

“I’m not making any promises. You’ll be lucky if I make it a week. I want this whole damn world to know you're mine. You belong to me, just like I belong to you. As for your other statement, my brothers and their old ladies love you already. I can promise you that. You have nothing to worry about with them. Halle wouldn't be showing you her actual feelings if she didn't like you,” he says, pointing over to the bar where all the ladies are. Halle’s looking our way and has her hand under her chin, smiling with hearts in her eyes.

I smile at the group, loving how close I’m getting to these ladies already. I’ve never had loyal friends like them. It's a rare find. I feel Grim rub once more over my belly while Halle looks down and notices his motions. Her face perks up, but when she sees my eyes, she smiles and turns away, making a comment that has the girls laughing, bringing their attention to her. I know other people only see the crazy psycho, but honestly, Halle is one of the most tender-hearted people to the ones she loves. I’ve noticed that several times over the months she and Loki have been bringing the kids to get their hair done.

“Oh my god, Jade, thank god you’re here. We’re just trying to come up with a plan for our next girls' night,” Piper says, smiling widely at me.

“Oh, uh…” I honestly don't know what to say to that. Is that an invitation, or are they just trying to bring me in on the conversation?

“I’m so excited you’ve joined the group, especially girls' nights! I know it's only been a short time since we’ve known you, but Halle told us all about you and your mom before we even met! We feel like you’re family already,” Izzy says, smiling shyly at me. Grim told me a bit about his friends and their women. Iknow Izzy is legally blind and can only make out dark shapes and see faces if she’s practically nose-to-nose.

“Thanks, girl. I know it sounds insane, but you all feel like family, too. But please, none of that emotional shit,” I laugh, sucking up the tears threatening to spill. I’m not a damn crier, so I’m blaming the waterworks on baby hormones. “So, girls' night? What do you girls normally get into?”

I look at each of the women across from me, and the same wicked smile comes over every one of their faces. Well, almost all. Izzy is trying to be wicked, but it comes off sweeter with a bit of excitement.

“For my girls' night, we played darts with my ex. He was nailed to the wall, and we took turns using him for target practice,” Sunny shrugs. Yeah, I’m gonna need more of that story.

“We played Ninja Warrior in the basement after making an obstacle course for mine. We may have smoked and drank a bit too much,” Halle says.

“We snuck out to Devils Cross on ladies' night for another one. Man, I love watching the prospects dance on top of the bar in their chaps and cuts,” Piper says, getting a dreamy look.

“Damn! Yeah, we need to step it up a bit and have some fun! I’ve never had a girl's night before, though,” I say as a shadow comes over the bar in front of us.

“Girl's night? No, fuck no! Prez, they are planning another girls' night, and I’m telling you I am taking that night off right now. All of you decided this settling down shit was a good fucking idea, not me,” Grease rants.

“Oh, don't get your panties in a wad. You all get to hang out, shoot up shit, and have fun with each other nearly every day,” Halle says.

“Yeah! All we ask for is a couple of times a month, and you all act like we are asking for a million dollars or something!” Sunny complains.

“I’ll pay the million dollars if you women never have another girls' night out again,” Swift gripes from the corner.

“If only you were so lucky,” Piper chuckles, shaking her head.

“Now go away, Grease. We were in the middle of making our plans.” Izzy shoos him away. He gets a worried look on his face but takes a huge gulp of the beer a prospect handed him and heads back toward the men.

“Girls’ night will be in the clubhouse. We’ve had some club issues come up lately and can't risk our women all being out at the same time with little security,” Swift speaks up.

“What?! What the hell kind of fun are we supposed to have here?” Piper complains.

“Not my problem. You either have it here, locked safely behind the gates, or you all get to have each of us tag along attached to your sides. Your choice,” he says with a smirk playing on his lips.

“Ohhh… You think you’ve won. You really think we can't get into some trouble here?” Halle smiles evilly at the men. I see all of them take a gulp—all but Loki, who looks like he wants to pound Halle over the bar top.

“Challenge accepted,” Sunny smirks before turning back to the group.

“How about we take this conversation somewhere more private?” Piper suggests, grabbing her beer and heading out of the room. I look over at Grim as he raises his brow. I smirk, shrug one shoulder, and follow the ladies out of the room.

“Your ass will be red for that one later, Clover.” I hear yelled from behind me. I just laugh, shaking my head. If he thinks he’s going to spank my ass without me retaliating, then he’s as crazy as Loki.

We walk down the hall until we reach the end, then make a right. We pass a playroom but stop at what looks to be a movie room. It’s a massive room with a projector screen on the far wall and reclining seats and couches in the front. It looks like a comfortable, fancy-ass theater in the front, but there is a bar along the back wall. There are drinks, a soda machine, a popcorn maker, and even a vending machine. When I look closer at the vending machine, it looks like there’s nowhere to insert the money.

“You can just press the number for the snack you want. Everything is free,” Piper says, smiling at my astonished look.

“This place is amazing!” I say in awe. I had a quick tour of the clubhouse, but somehow skipped this room.

“We don't use it very often. The kids come in here occasionally, but they would rather play outside or one of Comp's computer games,” Sunny says, rolling her eyes but still smiling.

“Alright, ladies, let's get to work figuring out what neat trick we can pull off this time to drive the men batshit. Jade, you said you had an idea. Let’s hear it!” Halle says, taking a seat at the bar and looking at me with a crazy, mischievous smile.
