I smile up at him. "May I help you, angry person?”
Noah huffs, stomps his foot on the ground like an angry toddler, and yells, "GRAYSON, COME GET YOUR WOMAN!”
Noah is very unpredictable and chaotic, so I lean against the Jeep and enjoy the show that’s about to start. Grayson runs out of The Hideout like his ass is on fire and looking like a fucking Greek god. He’s shirtless and his jeans hang on his hips. He’s been letting his beard grow a little longer lately instead of keeping it trimmed close to his face. He is wearing the hat I got him after I stole his dark blue one. I told him I didn’t want to give the other one back, but I love seeing that man in a backwards hat, so I had to get him a new one.
"What? Is–” He stops when he sees me blatantly checking him out and Noah maintaining his angry stance.
Walking over to me, he wraps me in a hug. I wind my arms around his neck and go up on my tiptoes. Gray leans back, lifting me so we are face to face, and kisses me.
Smiling, he sets me back down, but still keeps his hold on me. "Hi, Angel. I missed you last night.”
I bury my face in his chest. I know he was on a mission last night, but I was wishing he was in my bed. He has a key, but he didn’t want to wake me. Part of me wishes he did so I could have woken up in his arms. If that had happened, I wouldn’t have gotten out of bed this morning and missed enjoying this beautiful weather.
A full day in bed with Grayson. A full day of seeing him naked in my bed, in the living room, on the couch. I feel my body start heating up with thoughts of his glorious, tattooed body against mine.
Grayson interrupts my thoughts, burying his face in my neck, the scruff of his facial hair tickling my skin, and whispering so only I can hear him. "Wipe that sexy ass smile off your face before I take you to a bedroom and fuck you so hard you won’t be able to hike.”
My jaw drops. "I wasn’t-”
He kisses me on my neck. “Angel, I know that face. You’re thinking about how much you miss me and that I wasn’t in your bed this morning. Trust me, if I was, we would not be here.”
I step back but he doesn’t let me get too far before bringing me back to his chest. Folding my arms against my chest, I look up at him. "You don’t know what you’re talking about. Maybe I was just happy to see you because I missed you.”
"Sure. Whatever you gotta tell yourself to not drag me to the closest bed, pretty girl,” Gray says while tickling my sides.
I push against his chest and try to sound as angry as possible. "Fuck you, caveman.” All the while, I’m trying to hide my smile.
He smacks my ass. "I will later, Angel, don’t you worry!”
"Grayson!” I yell while blushing.
"Excuse me. But can you two stop fucking right in front of me!” Noah exclaims.
Shit, I forgot Noah was right there. Turning my attention to him, I ask, "Sorry, why are you so angry?”
Gray leans against the Jeep and pulls me against him with my back to his front. He winds his arms around my waist, and bends down, resting his chin on my shoulder. I rest my arms on top of his and relax against his body. As I do, I realize why he has me like this. I wasn’t the only one affected by his dirty words, judging by the hardness resting against my back. I look up to him and he winks.
"Noah, what are you so pissy about?” Gray asks.
Noah is fuming now and tapping his foot against the ground. "Logan, I thought we were friends!”
"We are!”
"No, we are not! If we were, you wouldn’t come here blasting that music and wearing that shirt!”
I burst out laughing.
"This isn’t funny! You’re a traitor!”
I wipe the tears off my face from laughing so hard. “Noah you’re mad at me because I was listening to the Backstreet Boys?” I can’t say it with a serious face and start laughing again.
Gray catches on. "Wait, you called me out here because she was listening to a boy band?”
Noah stays strong. "Yes, assface. This traitor,” he says, pausing to wave his arm at me, “was listening to that dumpster fire of a band and wearing their shirt!”
Grayson clues in and loses it.
"Why is everyone laughing? This is serious! You can’t see her anymore, Gray!”
