“Emilio, when you get situated, I want you in my office.” And just as quickly as he came in, Ronaldo leaves.
I’m pissed but I still cut off the last of the restraints. Once he is free, I stand up and start walking out of the room.
I’m about to turn the corner to head back upstairs when I hear him speak.
“Tell me, Reyes. Is she tight? Does her pussy wrap tightly around your cock while you ram into her?”
My blood boiling at his words. He’s talking about Isabella.
I walk into the room with my first already tight.
“I can’t wait to have her on her knees and feed her my cock. With that mouth of hers, she must know how to take it all. I bet she will have tears in her eyes while I fuck her throat. I’m dreaming of the day when I can finally fuck every inch of her. I don’t even give a shit if she doesn’t let me touch her. She’ll be my wife after all, I could take whatever I want.”
Red.
Red is all I see as I charge at Emilio and punch him in the face. I punch until I hear a solid crunch coming from his nose.
“Talk about Isabella like that again, and I swear to you, that even Ronaldo wouldn’t even be able to save you.
One more punch and one final kick to the balls, I’m finally done with him.
I walk out of the room, but it’s with his laugh ringing through the dark hallway.
The first time I walked through this hallway, I knew that I would never deserve Isabella Morales.
Now ten years later, I still don’t deserve her, but I sure as hell will try my hardest to give her everything she fucking deserves.
Starting with not letting her marry Emilio fucking Castro.

“That’s such a gorgeous dress!” Serena exclaims, as she walks into my apartment in Austin.
It’s been two weeks since Emilio took her and her friend from their apartment. In those two week she has also been spending most of her time with my brother as her shadow.
I had a few things to do at the boutique for the next few days, so I offered to keep her company for a little bit. All the while my brother headed to one of the warehouses that the Muertos own in Austin.
“Thanks. It’s just something that I put together.” I shrug at her, continuing to pour us our cups of coffee.
“You make it sound like you didn’t spend hours making it.” She touches the fabric, feeling how soft the material is between her fingers. “It would look absolutely gorgeous on you, Isabella”
I nod, not really knowing what to say. She’s right though that dress would look good on me. I just don’t know yet if it’s a dress I want to keep for myself or to give to the boutique.
Given that it’s the same dress that Santos told me would look beautiful on me all those months ago.
“How’s the shoulder?” I ask her as I hand her over her coffee cup, trying to divert the conversation.
Her hand instantly goes to her upper arm. “Better. Still have some more healing to do, but it’s getting there.”
“I still can’t believe that Leo let you go back to work. If it was me or Camila, he would have locked us in our rooms until we got the okay from a doctor.”
Leo is a lot more lenient with Serena than he is with me or Camila, that’s for sure. But I can see why. We aren’t the ones he has to go to bed with every single night. I imagine going to bed with an angry wife is not good.
“What can I say? The man knows what’s good for him.”
I snort into my coffee. “Jesus.”
