I celebrate in my heart and look proudly at Dante, who looks at me sarcastically. Here! In your face!

I quickly walk over to the doctor and he continues to check her.

When he finishes, he pulls out a needle. I hate those damn things. I watch the doctor inject that into Grace and I cant even breathe…

- Ready. That's more than enough. – He said.

- What happened to her? Why did she faint? - I ask.

- Given she just collapsed. For sure it is that she is not feeding well, sometimes people when they don't eat as it is proper, tend to lose quite a lot of strength. In this case the lady should not be eating properly. Her body needs a lot of nutrients and vitamins. On the other hand it could be the cold, she was not so strong in the beginning, the bad feeding to him debilitated the body of the young woman and the cold was just the final drop. But with the medicine I have already given her she will get better very soon. My recommendations are simple. From now on, a good diet is your fiancés priority, so you should make sure that she eats healthily. On the other hand, you should keep her warm, because after all, Germany is not a place that has a very warm climate. And well that would be all, the fever is gone and soon she will wake up.

- Sure, sure. Dante will pay you for all your services. - Dante looks at me with anger.

- Of course, no problem, take good care of her. - he says and then leaves the room followed by Dante.

I let out a tired sigh and took a chair to put it next to the bed.

I hold Grace's hand, it's freezing. I kiss her back lightly and then wrap her up more.

I don't know exactly when I fall asleep. Just seeing Gracie so calmly has given me an awful feeling peace. Work is consuming me day by day. I haven't been able to see Grace since that night. I've left her alone in that room and this is partly my fault.

A good vacation would not hurt us...

Obviously without the annoying Dante..

AN UNEXPECTED VISIT

My head buzzes and my stomach crunches, I open my eyes slowly. I can't see anything because my eyes are blinded by the light. Little by little I stabilize myself more until I finally manage to sit down. I look around and I am confused, this is not my room.

I try to move my hands until I feel a hard grip on one of them. Frank holds my limb and uses it like a pillow. His breathing is slow and paused so it is obvious that he is in a deep sleep.

With the other free hand I caress his head. My fingers make a dance between her hair and my surprise is so big when I notice that it is so soft and smooth.

Frank shakes his head and gets up in one go. He yawns slightly and stretches his body, relieving the burden he has had sleeping in that bad position.

His blues connect with mine and little by little he opens them up more and more until they reach their point. He quickly stands up and the palm of his hand makes contact with my forehead. He examines my whole doubtful face.

- The fever has gone down," he says, smiling, "although I can't understand why you haven't gotten up much sooner. The doctor said you would wake up in a few minutes, but it has taken a whole day.

- I'm fine Frank, I just felt tired...

His scowl is furrowed and his relief features change to an annoying grimace.

- Fatigue, huh? - he says, I sit smiling.

- Yes, just that...

- Tell me, have you been eating well?

Shit!

- Emm, yes of course... - I smile at him.

- Because the doctor clearly said that you are not eating well. Your body collapsed due to lack of nutrients. The cold wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't for the lack of good nutrition, so I'll ask you again, Grace. Are you eating right?

I roll my eyes and look at him with a grimace of apology.

- Maybe I was a little careless... - I admit.
