Pulling her pacifier out, she smiled. “Hi, Daddy.”

“Sleep well?”

Nodding her head, she sat up and reached out for him. He instantly picked her up and carried her to the chair, snuggling her close against his chest as he sat. He rocked her for a long while, rubbing her back gently.

“Damian and Keith are going to be here in a bit. We’re ordering pizza so none of us get food poisoning from my cooking.”

She dreaded seeing Keith again. He was so angry the last time she’d seen him. She was pretty sure there was no way in heck he was going to forgive her. What if he was still angry and yelled at her?

As though Kane was reading her mind, he spoke softly.

“Baby, Keith isn’t going to stay mad at you. I promise he won’t be mean. I would never let that happen.”

She nodded. He wouldn’t let anything happen to her, and she knew it.

“Okay, Daddy.”

Kane dressed her in a long-sleeve lavender onesie that snapped at the crotch, a light pink skirt that reached just above her knees, and a pair of fuzzy socks that she was able to pull up to her knees. He brushed her hair out and put it in low pigtails at the base of her neck. Standing in front of the full-length mirror in their bedroom, she twirled and giggled. She loved her outfit, even if it did give away the fact that she was a Little.

Damian and Keith were Daddies, after all.

Damian and Keith had just walked in through the interior garage door by the time she and Kane reached the bottom step. Haylee tightened her hold on Kane’s hand and practically plastered herself to his side. Both of the other men smiled at her.

“Hey, little one. You look adorable,” Damian told her, tugging on one of her pigtails.

“Thank you,” she said quietly.

“I already ordered pizzas. They’ll be here in about an hour,” Damian told everyone.

“Good. That gives us a little bit of time. Haylee, go get the letter you wrote for Keith and give it to him.”

Ugh. She had hoped he would give it to Keith for her.

Kane pointed her in the direction of where the letter was sitting on the table and gave her bottom a firm pat, sending her on her way. She grabbed the letter and took it to Keith. Standing in front of the tall man, she held the letter out for him. He smiled, took the paper from her hand, and sat on the couch.

Damian went into the kitchen and asked Kane if he wanted a beer. Kane nodded and left her standing in the living room in front of Keith as he read the letter. Even though the floor plan was open concept and she could still see her Daddy and Damian, she felt nervous. She stood awkwardly, shifting from foot to foot. When Keith looked back up to her, he smiled. It was the most genuine, kind smile, which settled her nerves a bit.

“Come here, sweet girl,” he said.

She looked to her Daddy, who gave her a nod. She walked over to Keith and stood in front of him. Even though he was sitting and she was standing, they were at eye level with each other.

“Thank you for the letter. I appreciate your thoughtfulness in writing it, and I forgive you. Although, I’m going to have to get some Just for Men hair dye to cover all these new gray hairs,” he said, running his finger through his hair dramatically.

Haylee giggled and leaped forward, flinging her arms around him in a hug. He wrapped his arms around her and hugged her back.

“Thank you. I was so worried you’d still be mad at me. I’m sorry about the gray hairs, but in my opinion, gray hairs make men look sexy. Not that I think you’re sexy. I mean, it’s not that you’re not sexy, it’s just that I only find my Daddy to be sexy.”

All three men burst out laughing.

“Baby girl, it’s okay if you find other men sexy. I’ll just murder them and tie you to the bed if you do anything with them other than look,” Kane said, grinning over at her.

It was her turn to giggle, and she barely refrained from rolling her eyes.

“I pity any man who gives you anything more than a brief glance,” Keith said.

Kane shrugged and walked up behind her, planting a kiss on the top of her head. “Can never be too protective over my baby.”
