I chew on my lip as I look up into his eyes.

“So, now what?”

“Now…” His eyes narrow. “Now, we get Prince off my goddamn board. And after that, I’m going burn his entire world to the ground.”

I shiver at the sheer malice in his voice, shivering as I pull close to him.

“But first,” he murmurs.

He leans down and kisses me.

“First, if you’d like, I think it’s time to go home.”

“I think so, too.”
