A caged bird let loose…

All I ever wanted was my own life. A life away from small town Texas and the overbearing demands of my strict, prudish parents. Now, I’m moving to Chicago, more than ready for some much needed independence… and all the various sins that come with it.

But I didn’t think sin would be so literal, and as strange events begin to surround me, I wonder if I bit off more than I bargained for in the big city. Yet, even as the darkness makes its way into my head and into my bed, I can’t help but feel even more drawn to it. Hey, disappointing your parents is a rite of passage, right?

I’m just not sure they had something so… demonic in store for their heavenly little girl.
